    For some of us, waking up early can seem like torture, but this is only because we are in the habit of sleeping in. Waking up early boosts your productivity, and it can start your day off on the right foot

  7. 7 Go To Sleep Same Time Every Day


     Getting enough sleep and quality sleep can help your heart and vascular system, regulate stress, and keep your hormones in check. Basically, you will be healthier. 

  8. 8 Let Go Of Sugary Drinks, Sodas Included

    Bur seriously, replace your sugary drinks with water. 

  9. 9 Add Protein To Your Diet


    Try tofu, lentils, nuts, seeds, and beans rather than choosing red meats.
